An invoice is a single document, but a Shopify order has several moments where someone expects to find it. Customers look immediately after checkout, return to the order-status page later, or search their email. Store teams need the same document beside the order in admin.

Render the current invoice when it is needed

The merchant designs the invoice once. Each secure link then generates the PDF from the latest order data when a customer or teammate opens it. That keeps branding and order details consistent while avoiding stale attachments and manual regeneration.

The same invoice is available in four places:

• An app block on the thank-you page.
• The returning customer’s order-status page.
• A secure link inside the Shopify notification emails the merchant chooses.
• A print action attached directly to the order in Shopify admin.

Enough template control, kept understandable

Merchants start from Classic, Modern, or Minimal, then add their logo and company details. Focused controls cover accent colour, typography, A4 or Letter paper, and the exact order, payment, tax, shipping, and product information that belongs on the page.

A live preview makes the consequence of each choice visible immediately. The goal is not an open-ended document designer; it is a professional invoice a merchant can finish without learning a layout tool.

Built for international orders

The invoice can be rendered in 25 languages, including separate regional variants where the wording genuinely differs. Language changes the document, not the surrounding Shopify workflow, so every delivery surface continues to point to the same source of truth.

The product removes the recurring PDF work: no rebuilding a file, attaching it to a follow-up email, or maintaining a different invoice for customers and store staff.
